I’m not offended, really. Shit like that does not phase me. I find it HILARIOUS. It’s 2012 and bitches are still calling us ‘coloured’— and then sitting there, when they stand corrected, complaining about being unfairly attacked but not accepting the criticism.

5. Correct whitey when whitey is wrong
6. Understand that whitey is wrong a lot
7. Understand that just because you’ve had a few race classes doesn’t mean you understand the lived experiences of people of color
8. Know that people of color aren’t your personal google search engine— do your own research
9. Understand that we are more than our skin color— but don’t erase our experiences as people of color with all that “colorblind” mess because we can’t with that, we just can’t
